Good afternoon, y'all. The phone system is working fine when calling us on 0800 756 5498 from a phone. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for when you call us by clicking the link at the top of each page or the bottom of emails - it says 'This Mailbox is Full' when you press 'call', which is... interesting!
The company who provide us with the phone system are closed until Monday but we will get it sorted then. You can still call us by picking up a phone and dialling 0800 756 5498, so if you need to contact us you can. If someone happens to this then the emergency mobile is 07981 460 753 (but you shouldn't need to use this).
People are also unable to send us faxes at the moment (bah, humbug!) so we will be resolving this on Monday as well.
